Home visiting GP services for residential aged care.

Dr Natasha Aylen provides home visiting GP services to permanent residents at the following residential aged care facilities on the Mornington Peninsula.

Practice hours are 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Please speak with nursing staff to confirm the day Dr Aylen attends your facility.

Practice Information

We are a fully bulk-billing service and work closely with residents, families, nursing staff, and care facility teams to support continuity of care.

We aim to provide a calm, professional service that encompasses strong communication, consistent medical care, and a practical understanding of the needs of older adults living in aged care facilities.

Dr Natasha Aylen has worked as a visiting GP to aged care facilities for over 20 years. She has a special interest in holistic geriatric and palliative care.

Claire Hewitson

Registered Nurse / Practice Manager

Claire commenced her nursing career in New Zealand. Since moving to Australia, she has continued working as a registered nurse in aged care and community palliative care. She is currently working towards her Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner.

Each facility has an allocated visit day, which runs from 9am to 12pm. Please contact nursing staff to confirm the day Dr Aylen attends your facility.

We work alongside nursing and care staff to assist with medical decision-making, treatment planning, and resident wellbeing.
